App was great, but is suddenly useless

For the first two months I used the Cloud Baby Monitor, it worked a charm. But suddenly the parent unit is no longer connecting with the child unit, despite a strong WiFi signal in our home. Website offers no support options other than getting on the companys e-mail list. Pity, because it was really great before.
