We didnt want to spend a fortune on a monitor for our grandkids. I thought we were settling for a cheap system that would just get us by. This works better than the expensive system my son bought! So thank you for that. Sound and picture are amazing and the cost was too!

Constantly freezes and loses connection. Do your self a favor and buy an actual baby monitor. This app is useless

Love love love!! Had an old iPhone at home and set it up in the babys room. Cant beat an amazing video baby monitor for the cost of the app!

Like the title suggests, this is an awesome app. Ive got a son on the way but Im giving the app a dry run by monitoring my dog while Im at work. If youve got a decent cellular or wifi signal, connection is a breeze. Two unused iPhones and iPads have been repurposed and serve as excellent satellites and different viewing angles. They have great cameras so Im very happy with the image quality. The ability to activate the flashlight remotely is great. The music and tap-to-talk options work perfectly and I couldnt be happier with the overall functionality. My wife and I were originally researching which monitor system we were going to purchase but Im so glad we came across this first. Its easily worth the purchase price and saved us a ton compared to a store bought system. If you have an unused iPhone or iPad plus a baby, this app is a no brainer. Just buy it.

I watch another baby during the week and didnt want to spend another $150 on a monitor so I tried this. It works great!!! the lullabies and white noises are awesome and come in handy at my house. I give it 4 stars because I wish I could zoom in. Sometimes my iPad or Mac is not able to be set up directly near the baby and so its harder to see clearly. A zoom option would be amazing. Otherwise a great inexpensive baby monitor that I would definitely recommend.

Great app.. but Add "send STILL IMAGES option" with timer or something instead of always streaming video (Data saver)- just stream/send a still image every so many seconds and/or 1/5/10/30 minutes

Update: App is even better than before and seems to get better with each update. The new live alaerts with images are fantastic . Probably the best valued app Ive purchased for my iphone. I just used this up at my cabin where we dont have any wi-fi and it worked great on bluetooth. I also purchase the yearly unlimited distance add on but it isnt needed for it to be a great app. The developer was not only kind enough to answer me back but has already fixed both items I had questions on with the app. I wish all developers were like him. Hope he keeps up the good work. Thanks for a great way to watch my little munchkin while saving a decent chunk of change.

Use this almost weekly, trips, weekends away. Its constantly being improved on a even has awesome Apple Watch support! Keep up the good work! Love that he keeps making it better too!!

Worked great for us while travelling. We could leave the baby in the room and go down to dinner at the restaurant, and keep monitoring her over the hotel wi-fi. Works great at home as well of course!.

This app is perfect for using over bluetooth as well as wifi. I use it in my home to see who is in the driveway and I use it over bluetooth at my camp to see the little ones who are sleeping inside while adults are by the campfire!! New version works great with ios 10. Thanks for making my life easier.

only need to add audio video recording option thanks

I have had this app for about 6 months and loved it. Until I updated my iPad (which I use as the childs unit). Now, the sensitivity level of ANY noise is too much. I cant even have the ceiling fan in the babys room without hearing a ton of white noise on the parent monitor. I have no idea why this happened, but I wish it wouldnt do this. Other than that, its a great app to have.

Great app! After the most recent update though the white noise is so annoying. This should really be fixed! Otherwise I would have given it 5

the app works very well. its simple and intuitive. i also use the mac version which allows me to have my headset on without worrying that ill miss he baby crying.

I love this app! It gave me a great way to recycle my old iPhones. We use them as baby units, parent unit is my iPhone or my wifes. They work much better than the baby monitors we purchased for $200. Weve also used them when we all travel, which I love. It is much easier to pack my 2 old iPhones that it is the clunky baby monitors (weve done it both ways). Since the update to iOS 10, weve had less static type noise (e.g. cars going by outside our kids bedroom) and more clarity. Sometimes I have to turn the volume down a little because it does pick up every little noise. Overall though I love it. Great app. Been using for the past 1 1/2 yrs.

Constantly disconnects and super laggy. Save four dollars and invest in a proper monitor.

I would have given this app more like 3 stars due to technical problems after one of the updates. But this was resolved almost instantly. When I contacted the developer, he replied promptly. Besides it being a great app, His promptness and awesome customer service wins it a 5+ star rating. For me, this is the best app.

Reading the other reviews, I dont hear any white noise after updating to iOS 10. Perhaps its the old device youre using. Were using a somewhat broken iPhone 5 to monitor our son & sometimes using one or the other (iPad 2 [cant update to iOS 10]/iPad 2 air/iPhone 6 plus/iPhone 6S) to watch & listen. However, before the updates (2nd to last update via app) I was getting some white noises. On the scary side, my wife said she heard someone breathing on our devices when our son is asleep in his room during those white noises?!? True story! That only happened one time. Now the white noises are gone. Other than the white noise, sometimes now & then I get a red screen with a beeping saying, "lost connection" to my iPhone 5. It used to do that A LOT before the iOS 10 update & before the last app update. All app is never 100% perfect & we all know that. But this app is way better than paying over/around $200 for those other baby monitors. And you can also use it as a security cam within your home & turn on the noise & motion alert to get the notifications!!

I found this on the App Store and downloaded to it just to test it out. It works amazingly, and it saved us so much money!!

I prefer using this app (on my iPad) over any baby monitor Ive seen. You cant beat the price plus a great way to use our old phones. We love that you can do music but I dont hear it coming out of my phone.
